A la suite d\u2019un workshop d\u2019une demi-journ\u00e9e pour le comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de Teva France, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lancer des sessions de formation de deux jours pour une centaine de personnes: la totalit\u00e9 du senior management, les membres du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif et certaines \u00e9quipes-projet. Ensuite, une douzaine des personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9es pour \u00eatre des \u00abrelais de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9\u00bb internes. Ils assurent maintenant le d\u00e9ploiement aupr\u00e8s de l’ensemble du personnel, de courtes formations sur deux outils, permettant \u00e0 tous de contribuer aux r\u00e9unions de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 collaborative avec une m\u00e9thode et un langage partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n
